Support Requirements: something to neutralize arcanine's pre-terastal weakness to sparkling aria, such as soak or entrainment (water absorb). something to prevent primarina from inducing sleep with sing, such as safeguard, misty terrain, electric terrain, or entrainment (water absorb). araquinid, lumineon, alomomola, azumarill, lanturn, and bellibolt are the best options.

Strategy: wait for your ally to use entrainment or soak. snarl until your stats get wiped. if your tera orb is charged, terastalize. if not, and your ally used entrainment rather than soak, use protect. 6x curse. terastalize if you didn't earlier. iron head to victory.

Pros: supereffective tera type, excellent atk stat, great spdef stat, outspeeds primarina, no weaknesses once ally has used soak or entrainment, resists moonblast, resists psychic when terastalized, immune to sparkling aria if ally used entrainment. protect ensures that on the turn when abilities are suppressed if ally used entrainment arcanine does not take massive damage from sparkling aria. curse buffs atk, snarl debuffs spatk through shield while charging tera orb, metronome increases damage with consecutive attacks 20% per turn maxing out at 100%. iron head has base 80 power, 100 accuracy, and deals supereffective (STAB when terastalized) damage.

Cons: tera type mismatches base type, mediocre HP stat
