Every time an operator changes his channel plan, end-users are confronted with missing TV channels. The current solution is that the installer must replace the LNB. However, this is not ecological, inefficient, expensive and dangerous.
To solve this, Unitron Group offers an upgradable dLNB and dSCR programmer.
The dLNB is a digital single cable LNB that puts the 4 polarities of one K.U. satellite orbital slot on only one cable. It can connect up to 24 or 32 users, it supports multiple standards and the dLNB is available for different operator userbands.
With the dSCR Programmer, you can upgrade your dLNB from indoors. Programming is really easy: Just make an account on the uCloud platform, make a configuration file and save the configuration file to a SD card. Then, power the dSCR Programmer and insert the SD card. Connect the Programmer to the LNB and tap the button for 2 seconds to update the dSCR device. That's it!
With the dSCR programmer, there is no need to go on your roof to install a new LNB every time the channel plan has changed.
