Aragami 2 is a fun (but jank) indie game about stealth. You can choose to go in silently or loudly, as well choosing to knock out enemies or to... "remove" them. Naturally, this game only gets better when co-op is involved. I sort of get memories of playing through the Arkham series when dealing with this style of stealth.
