In this video, I'm sharing my expert techniques as a voiceover audio engineer to improve the sound of a voice recording using the Ultra Channel Plugin by Eventide.

The voice audio in this walkthrough was captured on a Sennheiser MKH416 Microphone into an SSL MKII audio interface. The studio in which it was recorded was treated with Gik Acoustic panels.

The voice recording was first balanced (which I also describe as "fixed") using a parametric EQ plugin from Waves called the F6 Floating Band Dynamic EQ. You can see that process in this video here
