Discussing and demonstrating the Roy Smeck banjo from Harmony. Roy Smeck was known as the wizard of the strings and he had a signature banjo made by Harmony that was made of Bakelite plastic. I got my hands on one of these banjos and there are also some cool banjo song books to look at. Songs I play in this video include: “Old Joe Clark”, “June Apple”, and “Cripple Creek”, in that order.
