Hi! :) My name is Dominique and I have been vegan for six years and love creating vegan meals. I am simply a vegan turning plant-based dreams into a delicious reality one recipe at a time. My main goal is to eliminate the stigma surrounding veganism and introduce a vegan lifestyle to more people without judgement. 100% vegan - 100% affordable - 100% made with love.

Every day differs, but when I am not creating content this is what I make for myself. Today I made beet juice, tofu harissa wraps, and tacos de hongos (mushroom tacos). Comment your favorite dish! :)

Cava Copycat Harissa Tofu Ingredients:
Extra firm tofu
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Cumin
Cilantro leaves
Coriander
Smoked paprika
Truffle salt or regular salt
Vegan butter or olive oil
Harissa

Cava Copycat Vegan Crazy Feta Ingredients:
1 roasted jalapeno
1/2 red onion diced
1/4 cup lemon juiceLemon zest
1 container vegan feta
Oil

Blend everything into a food processor until combined.

Beet Juice Ingredients:
3 apples
1 large beet
3-4 large carrots
1 nub of ginger

Tacos de Hongos Ingredients (mushroom tacos):
Mushrooms (I used portobello)
Taco seasoning
Cumin
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Salt
Pepper
1/4 cup orange juice
1 tbsp chipotle peppers in sauce

Yellow Rice Ingredients:
1 tbsp oil
1 vegan chicken boullion cube
2 cups washed long grain rice
2 1/2 cups water
2 sazon packets

Black Beans Ingredients:
2 cans of black beans rinsed and drained
1/2 onion dice
1 jalapeno (optional)
1 tbsp vegan butter
Cumin
White pepper
Bay leaf
1 vegan chicken bouillon cube
Garlic Powder
Onion powder
Chili powder
Enough water to cover the beans
