1. Flexible Cut-Out Size (灵活开洞尺寸):
While other hobs have 1 exact cut-out dimension (hobs must be fitted into a particular cut-out dimension), Flexi Hob series hobs are able to fit into a range of cut-out dimensions, so you don’t have to worry if your cut-out hole depth is more or if the width is lesser.
There's no need to have a headache finding a perfect fit replacement hob for your old faulty hob. Flexi Hob series hobs are perfect as replacement hobs without needing to modify your existing kitchen counter top cut-out hole.

2. Rubber Legs Attached (预先安装橡胶炉脚):
There are rubber legs attached underneath so you can just place the hob directly on the kitchen counter top. Great for if your existing kitchen counter top has no cut-out hole or you do not wish to modify your existing kitchen counter top for a built-in gas hob.

Hakka Deep Fried Pork Belly
Ingredients:
pork belly – 300 grams
Appropriate amount of corn starch (for coating)

Marinade:
1 ½ piece of fermented red bean curd (with sauce)
Shaoxing cooking wine (can use it to dilute the red bean curd)
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
2 tablespoons of corn starch
½ piece of chicken egg
Few drops of light soya sauce/fish sauce
Few dashes of white pepper
Pinch of sugar
1 teaspoon of five spice powder
Steps:
a. Remove the skin of the pork belly
b. Marinate the pork belly for 2 – 3 hours in fridge
c. Coat the marinated pork belly with corn starch and let it rest for few minutes
d. Prepare medium heated oil to deep fry the pork belly till cooked
e. Raise the heat to high to double fry the pork belly till crispy for approximately 10 seconds.
