Before I start I need to tell about something about machine.
Trützschler Carding TC-15, 2016 Model is one of the latest and best carding machines in the world for making sliver from rod cotton. It’s true that, Trützschler got this reputation for its unique service and quality of their product. This machine used for making sliver from raw cotton. Sliver is the first stage of yarn. We are using this machine for making export quality yarn. And it’s the very beginning process of it.

This machine have the capacity of making sliver form row cotton is about 60-120KG per hour. We are having 10 machine like that that means our maximum production will be 1000KG per hour it setting speed is 100KG per hour for each machine.

If you want to get better quality of product then 60-90KG of production per hour is better.

In this video you will know how to Mount and Dismount Cylinder Wire for this machine. It will take all day long for a single machine and it need very expert hand for performing this tusk.
