Meditation has become a key component in my daily creative music-making process as a working singer-songwriter. Every morning I meditate before doing anything creative and it has opened up dimensions of my being, spirit, and soul that I didn't know were there. All of the music you are hearing here in these meditation sessions are original works, songs, or instrumental compositions that I wrote and recorded myself. Over the years he's shared the stage with an incredible list of musicians (see below).

Kev lives in western, NY, home to a very fertile and loyal roots music scene. When he's not recording or writing at home he's on the road playing his personal tunes.
