Sohei vs. Commander Test

Is the Sohei another Hitokiri instakill? Does this move break breach near as much as Warmonger's corruption blast? Can the move do enough damage to even be worth doing in a teamfight like this? You can decide for yourself. The video goes over 4 different damage boosts with the move: With 6 soul feat bonus, with 6 soul feat bonus and the damage debuff feat, with 6 soul feat bonus and damage power-up found on map, and a final one with all three. 6 soul feat is included with all because it is the base damage boost he'll pretty much always have (No reason to run any other tier 3 feats, really).
