Here is one of the most impressive pieces I’ve ever come across and very rare considering these models were only used as store displays in the UK, this is the 3 Piece band made by Gemmy in 2006!

These were carried by many stores who sold the other versions of the 3 piece bands but the difference with this set was that all the characters are different including the backup dancers, they included the snowman to promote the snowman band, also the reindeer to demonstrate the regular Santa band with the reindeers. With these being very old, a lot of repair work was done to them including:

Santa:
Collapse mech was completely shattered, now I’ve made it so he permanently stands at full height, the his dancing was messed up which was simple as the shaft was just out of place that allows him to rock side to side and finally, the most common issue, his mic arm had a shattered I made a new piece out of a big mouth billy bass head lever 🤣

Reindeer:
Mouth and dancing wires were severed, also had a split motor shaft gear in the mouth and the square shaft gear was snapped (replacement also came from a parts billy bass 🤣)

Snowman:
Split mouth gear and the dancing lever was snapped, so I replaced the leg piece with an unsnapped lever and modified it to work with him.

After all that, all my hard work with repairing these guys paid off and here they all are for you to enjoy! 🎄
