You also realize that speed, efficiency and accuracy is paramount and becoming familiar with keyboard shortcuts can increase your productivity and speed up your workflow. Unfortunately, it can be a bit of a chore memorizing all those keyboard shortcuts.
That’s where KB Coves comes in. They produce form-fitting keyboard covers with color-coded shortcuts right on the keys for the various flavors of mac Keyboards. From macbook and the apple wireless keyboard, to the Ultra-Thin with numpad.
The covers are made from a high quality, light weight silicone utilizing a multi-color printing process and are heat fused to ensure they are long lasting and durable. They are also hand washable. So they are also a nice layer of protection from spills and dirty hands.
If you want to step it up and primarily use one piece of software, KB provides full-size, apple ultra-thin USB aluminum keyboards with the same color coded keys and shortcuts.
KB covers also come in “Cool Designs,” a variety of colors or a clearskin keyboard cover, if you are simply looking for a little protection.
I use the Presonus Studio One and Logic Pro X covers. Both the color-coded keys and large icons help me find that shortcut in a breeze. Holding the Fn key in conjunction with the top row F-keys allows even more functionality.
