When the Great Depression, in the form of a ghostly figure threatens the productivity and well-being of Bosko's chicken farm, Bosko decides to take matters into his own hands. Bosko travels to Washington D.C. where he learns, from none other than the President of the United States, that confidence in you yourself, your country and your leadership is the only cure for the Great Depression.

This Oswald title was launched in the midst of the Great Depression in order to drum up the morale of its viewers, in support of the sitting president, Franklin D. Roosevelt.
