In our latest episode of the Dehradun Food Series, we explored the lively culinary hub of Moti Bazaar Chowk, a bustling marketplace brimming with vibrant street food stalls. Here is the glimpse of this gastronomic adventure.

Our journey began at Sethi's Food Corner, where we beamed in the glory of a flavorful plate of Chole Katlambe. The crispy and flaky katlambe, paired with chickpea curry, left our taste buds yearning for more. Amidst the indulgence, we had the pleasure of learning from the young owner about the bustling activity of this popular spot.

Next, we relished some Rajma Kadhi Chawal from Sonakshi Rajma Chawal Cart, renowned among local traders and visitors alike. The robust flavor of the rajma paired with the spicy and delectable kadhi provided a satisfying culinary experience.

Craving for a crunchy delight, we made our way to Kishan Lal Pakode Wale, where we sampled their mouth watering aalu gobi ke pakodas. It is an old establishment and they have many varieties of pakoda. The tatse was pretty decent.

Amidst the hustle and bustle of the marketplace, we found tranquility at Kakaad Tea Stall. Here, we enjoyed a cup of tea in a charming old-world ambience that added a touch of nostalgia to our culinary journey.

Our culinary adventure concluded with an irresistible bun tikki from Rajesh Bun Tikki. The perfect amalgamation of flavors and textures left us craving for more. This well made bun tikki was a perfect thing to end our exploration with.
