an infinite spine | 25 minute Embodied Vinyasa Flow to awaken the spine and pierce eternity

I've been reading the Radiance Sutras by Lorin Roche and immediately fell in love with this practice when I came across it:

"Perceive your spine with the same sense of wonder, as if you are gazing out into space.
Each vertebra a celestial sphere, made up of emptiness and stars" - 21, PRSTHA

This practice has been so deeply potent for me and was the inspiration for this class. When we come into deep presence with ourselves, whether through the portal of breath, movement, the body, a moment where we touch the infinite bliss that lives within us, or in this case, by gazing at our spine in wonder, in that moment we pierce eternity, and we touch heaven. We remember ourselves again.
