This is not your typical CrossFit Documentary, this is “The Heart of Mayhem II”. We are all inspired by watching our favorite elite athletes show off their super-human capabilities, however, we wanted to showcase a different kind of super human. One of CrossFit Mayhem members, a mom and wife, who knew she needed to make a change, and though Mayhem was in her “backyard” stepping foot in the gym was Goliath sized hurdle she was not ready for. Her courage to challenge her fear and change her life can speak to all of us as we each work on overcoming the Goliath's in our own lives. We hope you enjoy Summer's story as much as we enjoy the joy she gives to us in Cookeville, Tennessee.
