I come to you from Sweden where the water at the moment hovers around freezing. And we use heated vests and gloves to stay comfortable on relatively long dives of +90min
I personally wear:
1x wicking base layer from fourth element
1x SANTI heated vest
1x pair of norlam woolen socks
1x pair of SANTI thermal socks
1x SANTI BZ 400
1x SANTI heated gloves
1x fleece glove liner

For the gloves I add some thin fleece liner over top of my heated gloves and that noticeably adds some extra insulation and warmth.
