Signature dishes include postor bora, ilish macher matha diye kochur saak, chingri malaikari, an array of fish preparations, as well as chicken, mutton, and other traditional delicacies. The interior exudes a charming heritage vibe, complemented by the impeccable cleanliness of both the space and the staff.

Adarsha Hindu Hotel is a renowned pice hotel in Kolkata, celebrated for its authentic Bengali cuisine. The food is exceptionally flavorful, and the staff is known for their warm hospitality. During my visit, I tried Pabda and Vetki fish along with Kantachocchori, Muger Dal, and Aluvaja. Each dish was delicious and well-prepared.
