Hello everyone and welcome to a brand new Let's Play series and a first for my channel! This is Monster Hunter Stories 2 Wings of Ruin (MHST 2) for the Nintendo Switch, the latest in the Monster Hunter games! My name is MrSOAP999 and I am an avid Monster Hunter fan who has played many of the games available to play in the West! In Monster Hunter Stories 2, we tame monsters, turning them into our companions called Monsties, who follow us into battle! The demo allowed us to carry over our save data when the actual game comes out, allowing for our stories to continue! In the first episode of my walkthrough/playthrough of Monster Hunter Stories 2 Wings of Ruin, we go create our character in the character creation menu and explore the new customization options such as voice, hair and eye color! After creating our character, we then retrieve our first ever egg, hatching our first monstie!
For those who do not know what Monster Hunter is, you use various weapons to kill monsters, then use the fallen monsters to create more powerful weapons! With each iteration, the game evolves, becoming more fluid and in Rise, the latest Monster Hunter, you use a tool called the wirebug to bring monsters down!
