THE STORY - Joe Holmes is a hapless idiot drafted into the Vietnam War, bearing the curse of death his family has endured in every major American conflict since the Revolution. Follow his exploits and idiocy has he tries to navigate the perilous world of short-timers, Viet Cong, crazy Colonels, inept Lieutenants, angry fellow soldiers and his own mental deficiency.

IN THIS EPISODE: Holmes, Sr starts to tell the story of his time in "the 'Nam" to his son, serving in Iraq in 2003.
