Better Bandsaw Trolley - Part 3 Coolant Pump and Completion.

Plumbing-in, wiring-up and finishing the coolant system. This took a ridiculously long time as I had to backtrack and redesign several components. I edited out most of the rework, but left in one example which I think illustrates a bit of creative problem solving.
