Bra Ham With 34B Volume But Using A 38 Under-wire line instead of a 34 Under-wire line

MATERIALS
Non-stretch fabric. ½ meter cotton or wool. I have not tried wool.
Fabric scissors and Paper scissors.
Needle and thread.
Sewing machine.
The Pattern.
Polyester fiber for filling the ironing ham.
Old clip-board or Corrugated cardboard or Thin Plywood to use as Hard base for the pressing board/ham.
Fabric marker or Tailor’s chalk or Small piece of soap or Pencil.
Use to mark notches and seam allowances. To mark which pattern you have traced on the fabric.


BEHIND THE DESIGN

The current PDF pattern is in my size. The underwire is size 38.
This would be a 38B cup volume or 26H,
BUT my underbust measures 26", full bust hovers at 30".

So, I reduced the cup volume to be 26D and retained the wireline to use size 38 Regular R1 underwire.

PS,

✂️If you use a size 38 underwire, you can tweak the pattern by changing the cup volume at your apex point to be ¼ of your (full bust minus underbust) measurement.

This bra cup ironing station/ bra cup pressing board/ bra cup ironing tailor’s ham will help you to:
-Iron your bras during the sewing construction process.
-Iron princess seams on your tops, dresses, blouses, bustier, corsets, etc.
-It will help you mold the foam bra cups in the cup size and shape you need.
-I personally plan to use the bra ham to make changes to bras I buy second hand.
I will be using it a as guide to cut bra cups and make them smaller to fit my anatomy.
