KIDNAPPING AND ABDUCTION IN Tamil

HI friends ,
in this video about kidnapping and abduction i hope make it easy to understand.
KIDNAPPING:
The word ‘kidnapping’ has come from two words, ‘kid’, which means child and ‘napping’, which means to steal. Thus, it literally means stealing a child.

IPC Section 359
Who are in minor & unsound minded.

TWO TYPES OF KIDNAPPING:
1. Kidnapping from India (Section 360IPC)
2. Kidnapping from lawful guardianship (Section 361IPC)

KIDNAPPING FROM INDIA (SECTION 360IPC):
Take away the person
Outside of the India border
Without consent

KIDNAPPING FROM LAWFUL GUARDIANSHIP (SECTION 361IPC):
Take away the person
Minor means male 16 years or below & female 18 years or below.
Without consent

Kidnapping from good faith it will come exception.

Kidnapping means – minor/unsound minded
Even without intention - Kidnapping

ABDUCTION:
Abduction means taking away any person by using deceitful tricks for the purpose of committing some offence.

Abduction – using force/making fear /completion/age is not mater.
Even without intention – offence

PUNISHMENT FOR KIDNAPPING:
Section 363 prescribes punishment for kidnapping which is imprisonment that may extend to 7 years and a fine.

PUNISHMENT FOR ABDUCTION:
punishable unless done with intent to commit other offences as provided in Sections 364 to 369.
