The major advantages of the Kann Adapter attachment is that it enables almost any brand of front loader the capability to collect and load both front and rear load containers interchangeably, using the same front load truck. Further , the KA is safer to operate when compared to commercial rear loader, as the operator never has to leave the safety of the truck cab during operation, similar to that of a normal front loader. Additionally, since the KA empties the commercial rear load container contents into its large 12 cu. yd. front loader hopper the cycle time to unload a container is normally half the time it takes a standard rear loader with a small 3 cu. yd. hopper.
