Mother Wolf Fontainebleau - The Best Roman Restaurant in Las Vegas

Mother Wolf is one of the hardest reservations to get ahold of in Los Angeles and Chef Evan Funke brings his incredible Roman cuisine to Las Vegas strip at the Fontainebleau. Mother Wolf serves fine Roman and Italian food in a beautifully classic setting. I'm looking forward to trying many dishes at Mother Wolf in my signature style because as you may have heard:
