Описание к видео 2003 Cat 6NZ High Coolant Pressure , Loss Of Coolant Or Over Flow Of Coolant

Symptoms : White Smoke At Start Up And Extended Crank Time, Cold Start.

White Smoke Is A Symptom Of Poor Combustion . Poor Combustion Is Usually Caused By Air In The Fuel , Weak Compression (Leaking Cylinder) Or Coolant Leaking Into The Cylinder.

Objective: Find The Root Cause Of The White Smoke And Extended Cranking Time.

Testing : Will Be Using Cat Et And An Oscilloscope . Cat ET Scan Tool Will Be Used To Perform Cylinder Test And To Gather Other Information. We Will Be Using An Oscilloscope To Perform A Relative Compression Test, Coolant Pressure Test, Intake Pressure Test And Crankcase Pressure Test.

Tools: Cat ET Scan Tool, Picoscope 2205a, Delta P sensor And A Coolant Pressure Test Gauge .

We Are Trying To The Accuracy Of this Type Of Testing That We Perform Saving Our Customer and Ourselves Time and Money . We Are Not Only Proving The Coolant Problem But We Also Locate The Source Of The Problem.

The "Bubble Test" A Water Bottle With A Tube From The Coolant Tank Only Shows Us We Have A Leak Which We Already Know, It Does Not Tell Us Where Its Coming From. A Coolant Pressure Test With An Air Gauge Without Removing Anything Such As The Oil Pan Or Egr Cooler Again Is Telling Us What we Already Know That we Have A Leak Internally But It does Not Tell Us Where Its At .
