Special cell of Delhi Poice have arrested three people and detained 9 others in Delhi. The Delhi police also recovered explosives, bomb making materials, timers and other explosive devices during the raids. The suspects were reportedly radicalized. Raids were conducted after receiving intelligence inputs about the suspects. The module had planned to carry out serial blasts in crowded places including malls in Delhi.
