Tuloy pa ba ang mining sa Zambales?

6 years ago, the Travelling Punk produced a special documentary for a hard-hitting TV personality about the suspended Nickel and Chromite mining in the town of Sta. Cruz in the province of Zambales.

Of course, it was received with negative feedbacks from people who claimed to be 'environmentalists', but was only using the issue to elevate their political interest in the province. Yes, they won the election but their power didn't last for long because they weren't sincere with the poeple.

Because not all were farmers and fishermen, the Travelling Punk wondered what happened to the residents of Sta. Cruz whose livelihood solely depended on the mining companies. Did they relocated to nearby provinces?

Also, what happened to the mountains which were supposed to be rehabilitated? Did nature took its natural course and rehabilitated the mountains?
