Description
A used, integrated horizontal wrapping and robotic cartoning line designed for granola bars, nutritional bars, candy bars, cookies, and similar confectionery products.
The system consists of:
• (2) Fuji FW3400 Alpha VI Horizontal Wrappers with print registration, Domino date coders, dual web arbors, and splice tables, with lugged chain infeeds.
• Wrapped products are automatically fed into Schubert robotic picker lines, ensuring precise and high-speed handling.
• Overwrapped bars are delivered into a Schubert TLM Top Load Triseal Hot Melt Cartoning Line, which includes robotic pickers, automatic case erector, packer, and sealer for complete end-of-line automation.
• This line offers high efficiency, reduced labor costs, and consistent product quality, making it ideal for snack, bakery, and confectionery producers.
