Click on the Developer tab (assuming it's visible).
In the Controls group, click on Insert.
Choose Checkbox under the Form Controls section.
Draw the Checkbox:
Click and drag on the worksheet to draw the checkbox where you want it.
Linking a Checkbox to a Cell:
Right-Click the Checkbox:
Right-click on the checkbox and select Format Control.
Specify the Linked Cell:
In the Format Control dialog box, go to the Control tab.
In the Cell link field, select the cell where you want the checkbox state (checked or unchecked) to be reflected.
Click OK.
Using the Checkbox:
When the checkbox is checked, the linked cell will display TRUE.
When the checkbox is unchecked, the linked cell will display FALSE.
Additional Tips:
You can copy and paste checkboxes to quickly create multiple checkboxes with similar properties.
To edit or remove a checkbox, right-click on it and choose the appropriate option.
