FISHING the LONGEST PIER in the WORLD for SPECKLED TROUT! (Texas City Dike)

In todays video I took a trip down to a famous fishing hotspot, the Texas City Dike, to try and catch some speckled trout! The Texas city dike is the longest man made fishing pier in the world at over 5 miles long! It’s a great place to catch all sort of fish from the bank, like trout, redfish, and flounder. I used live shrimp and live mullet as bait with popping corks and Carolina rigs and managed to catch a keeper speckled trout to bring home for the catch and cook.
