2010 Grand Caravan ( Liftgate/Battery Drain Repair )

Welcome back folks, In this episode we tackle why the liftgate quit working on the wife's van. Also when the liftgate started having issues I was noticing the overhead console switch for the rear liftgate would flicker at night. Once the liftgate quit working completely the battery would drain overnight. Here we find the issue and resolve it. Later I will get some chain and repair the broken lifting mechanism. UPDATE: Make sure to pop the cover off of your module and look for corrosion inside. If you see any, find another power liftgate module on Ebay or a Dealership. Mine worked after this for about 6 months then the corrosion finally corroded through a main feed inside the module.
