Baltimore County residents speak out in favor of protecting the Inspector General's powers

For the first time, the public is weighing in on the back-and-forth battle between Baltimore County and the Inspector General's office.


"I am a very strong supporter of Kelly Madigan," said Rose Kinder, a Baltimore County resident.


Tuesday, the Commission tasked with watching over Baltimore County’s top watchdog didn't respond to residents' concerns, but they did listen.
