This guided shamanic breathwork journey uses rhythmic breathing and tribal drumming to support trance-like states, deep presence, and inner awareness.
The session consists of three rounds of active breathwork, each followed by a breath retention.
The retentions gradually increase, allowing the nervous system to open, regulate, and integrate the experience more deeply.
This practice can bring up physical sensations, emotions, imagery, or deep stillness.
Nothing needs to be forced — simply stay with the breath and allow whatever is present.
Breathing style:
• Belly to chest
• In and out through the mouth
• Deep, connected, continuous breathing
If at any point the experience feels too intense, slow the breath or return to nasal breathing. You are always in control.
After the breathwork, remain for the meditation and integration phase.
This is where insights settle and new perspectives can emerge.
Breathwork is a powerful tool for transformation. By engaging in deep, intentional breathing, you can access a heightened state of awareness, unlock new perspectives, and release emotional blockages. Longer and more immersive sessions allow you to tap into profound self-discovery, bringing clarity, insight, and a deep sense of connection to the present moment.
I personally create every aspect of this experience—the music, guided voice, and visuals—with the intention of supporting your journey. My hope is that this practice helps you cultivate self-love, release stress, and restore balance in your life. Whatever this session brings you, take a moment to honor yourself for showing up and prioritizing your well-being.
