Scrambled up Pyramid mountain, and it was more than I bargained for. Super rewarding though. I'm glad I did it because I think my knees made it clear that unless I get much much stronger there are not too many scrambles in my future.

My legs and knees in particular were so beat up the next day I went and bought a knee brace and scrapped my plans to do Opal Hills. The weather was rainy that day anyhow, I ended up going to Mt. Robson provincial park to do some nice easy day hikes.

This hike is described, partially, in the Canadian Rockies Trail Guide under "Palisade Lookout". When you get to the intersection you simply go left. After you get to the meadow (can be mountain biked to there), there's a trail to scramble up to the first hump, then you gotta scramble the rest on your own.
