Almost 8 years ago, I replaced the agitator dogs on this washing machine. Other than that, it has had absolutely no problems.

The other day I noticed the agitator dogs had gone out again, which is OK as they are a consumable part (that is, it is known that they will wear out). 8 years ago, I had the foresight to see my having to do this in the future, and when I bought the new set then, I actually bought 2 sets, one for the future. That time is now, so I already had the part on hand!

If you have been so lucky to have kept your direct-drive washer, you are one of the smartest consumers out there. They don't make machines that wash as well as these anymore, and they never will again. These 2 machines will be the absolute last washing machines I will ever own. If anything breaks on them, I will fix them, at any cost. They're that valuable.

The model number of this machine is LSN7233BQ0. The part number for the replacement agitator dogs is 80040. ALWAYS look up your model number to verify the correct part number before ordering parts.
