Three traditional tunes from the UK. The Queen’s Jig is from the early 18th Century. Fanny Power was written by the blind Irish harper Turlough O’ Carolan. Three Sea Captains is thought to have been composed at a battle in 1827. Inspired by Fairport Convention, Beryl and Roger Marriott, and Dave Swarbrick.

Franky is 12 years old, and loves music, especially Fairport Convention, its associated acts (such as Maartin Allcock, Dave Swarbrick, etc.) and Fleetwood Mac. Franky also composes and plays many instruments, including piano, guitar, violin, viola, sopranissimo, tenor, alto, soprano, sopranino and bass recorders, kazoo, Clarinet, and has taught himself the mandolin, bass and tin whistle in C. In addition to this, he records multi-track recordings of himself in his free time, using a combination of both MiDi and real instruments, nearly all of which are arrangements of folk tunes from a variety of places like these.
