⌖ I love action games. I've played my fair share of side-scrolling action RPGs on mobile devices, PC and even throughout my life on various consoles.
However, at the same time even with all the time invested into the genre I've never really been all that fond of them. I'm much more a fan of either action combat or tab-target combat with normal third-person or first-person camera angles.
But then that's just a matter of personal preference as opposed to a general dislike of the style all together. I have enjoyed several side-scrolling brawler games over my life as a gamer after all.
Nevertheless, Nexon - yes, Nexon, I know a lotta you guys hate Nexon and wish they'd cease operations all together - announced last week that an upcoming RPG they're currently collaborating on, Counter Side, was opening pre-registration for the game.
