For Samosa:
1/2 cup Wheat flour
1/2 cup Maida
1 tsp Carom seeds
1 tbsp Oil

For Potato Filling:
1 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1 Green Chili
1/2 Onion
2 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
3 small potatoes
1/2 tsp Cumin powder
1/2 tsp Garam masala
1/2 tsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp Chili powder
Coriander leaves

For Channa Masala
2 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
1 Onion
2 Tomatoes
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Cumin powder
1/2 tsp Garam masala
1/2 tsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp Chili powder
1 cup Chickpeas
Coriander leaves
required Salt

For Pudina Chutney :
Handful Mint leaves
Handful Coriander leaves
2 green Chilies
1 inch Ginger
juice of half lemon
required salt
some Water

For Tamarind Chutney
10-12 Tamarind
5-6 Dates
1/4 cup jaggery
1/2 tsp Chili powder
required Salt
