Watch all the way through for a bonus appearance from yours truly! ;-)

Staying warm on a raw vegan diet in the winter can be done with a few adjustments to your diet and lifestyle. First off, your mindset!

If you're determined, you will. If your goal is to stay fully raw in the winter, it will be easy. If you believe it's a struggle, you will also be correct.

Decide what you want. Then make it happen. It starts in the mind.

Here are some bonus tips:

Diet:

Warm Drinks: Start your day with a hot herbal tea like ginger or cinnamon tea. You can also warm up plant-based milk or make a warm smoothie.

Warm plant-based milk

Warming Spices: Incorporate spices like ginger, cinnamon, turmeric, and cayenne pepper into your meals. These spices have natural warming properties.

Cayenne pepper

Dehydrated Snacks: Dehydrate fruits and vegetables to create warm and comforting snacks.

Dehydrated vegetables

Raw Soups: Blend raw vegetables into a soup and warm it slightly. This can be a satisfying and warming meal.

Raw soup

Nut Butters: Nut butters are a great source of healthy fats and can be warmed slightly for a cozy treat.

Lifestyle:

Dress Warmly: Layer your clothing and wear warm hats, gloves, and scarves when you go outside.

Stay Active: Exercise helps to generate heat in your body. Try indoor activities like yoga or dancing.

Soak in a Warm Bath: A warm bath can help to relax your muscles and warm your body.

Spend Time Indoors: When it's cold outside, spend more time indoors in a warm environment.

Additional Tips:

Eat Regularly: Eating small, frequent meals can help to keep your body warm.

Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water, even in the winter.

Listen to Your Body: If you're feeling cold, eat more food or add more layers of clothing.

Warm Up Your Meals

Thaw out frozen fruits overnight or use a warm plate to give the illusion of warmth. Pull juices and any meals from fridge and let them get to room temperature before eating.

Get Moving - Exercise to raise your body temperature and energize yourself.

Choose Hearty Foods - bananas, dates, mangos, persimmons on the fruit level - soups, wraps, salads, sprouted lentils, sprouted hummus, etc., for more savory meals.
Add Warming Spices

Ginger, chili, and other spices can heat things up.

Enjoy Hot Drinks - or sip hot water throughout the day.

Herbal teas and warm lemon water can be comforting. Ginger, cayenne, cinnamon, nutmeg.
Increase Healthy Fats

Slightly upping your fat intake can keep you warm. Nuts, seeds, coconut, durian, avocado.

Build muscle, exercise, and stay active.
Resistance training can help you stay warm and fit.

Wear Layers! Obviously.
