Meet the Artist 👇

Ehnlite is an ambient artist creating spiritually seeded music and immersive soundscapes that inspire relaxation, creativity, and healing. A vocalist, songwriter, and composer with over 20 years making music in the pop and country songwriting worlds, she’s approaching this project with Monroe Institute differently: Lead by intuition, a deep desire to connect to all that is, and a guiding principle to keep it fun.

Her debut track as a Monroe Institute Collaborative Artist, Gratitude II, can be heard in the Expand App and is available for purchase on the Monroe website.

As a Usui Tibetan Reiki II Practitioner, she often she channels Reiki energy into her work to offer a unique healing listening experience. Many Reiki-Infused pieces are available for free on her YouTube channel, available for anyone seeking Reiki healing.
Ehnlite offers free, hour-long musical meditations and soundscapes on her YouTube channel, designed to enhance meditation, reading, or creative activities like painting and writing.
The name Ehnlite is a playful variation on the word "enlighten" reflecting her ongoing pursuit of spirituality through music and creative expression.
