Back pain is a common problem in the patients. Most of the common cause Backache or back pain is injury, fall down, road accident, carrying the weight on the other side some people have to face pack pain problem due to tumor, infection particularly Tuberculosis is the main reason.

Back pain treatment is depends on the nature of the back pain, simple back pain that are not radiating to the legs or not reasoning for the weakness that can be treated simple medicine or rest.

The old back pain that is called backache and not responding with the medication. In this situation we need certain investigation like X-ray, CT Scan and MRI so that we can find out the nature of the disease, where is the problem. On which part of the back, is it tumor, infections or disc issues. Spinal cord, spinal nerves compress due to this reason back pain happened.
It radiates to legs arms or neck.
In some cases too weakness to walk or work with the arm. After investigating there are different surgical procedures for the treatment.
