HMV102 Gramophone Plays Tommy Dorsey

Here's a new clip featuring one of my HMV model 102's - this time a c.1934 deluxe model in green Rexine. The 102 was The Gramophone Company's longest running model being introduced in July 1931 and still available until 1959/60. This recent acquisition has been cleaned, lubricated and adjusted and is in lovely cosmetic and mechanical condition.

The recording is 'Sweet Sue - Just You' performed by Tommy Dorsey & His Orchestra with a vocal refrain by Jack Leonard, number 305 in the 'Swing Music 1939 Series' recorded in October 1938.
