0:00-0:34 i highly suggest reading the poem, it goes so well with this song. this was one of the first songs i tried slowing and reverbing and it had been in my vault for over an year ahaha, this song is really special to me
0:34- 1:54 there is something so, forlorn about the piano and tate's voice. this entire song is so ethereal. i do not know how to articulate it, it's the musical equivalent of that moment when you're halfway awake and still dreaming a dream you cant recall, on a sunday morning with the weak sunrays gently sneaking through the blinds and hitting your face.
1:54-2:42 if you know a bit of astrology you might understand this bit, but this is what i think having planets, especially venus and moon, in the 12th house sounds like. i bawled like a baby when i heard this and saw this in the anime [im a manga snob when it comes to tg, so rip imagine my lowkey disappointment when That Scene Got Animated] but im digressing, what i want to say is that, this chorus is s dreamlike, and has such a melancholic, unrequited tint to it, almost begging for limerance, it really hits me. i heard this song in my dream, it's that impactful to me.
