Children's Hospital of Philadelphia co-led a landmark nationwide clinical trial called the Management of Myelomeningocele Study (MOMS trial). In this video, experts from the Center for Fetal Diagnosis and Treatment discuss the results of the MOMS study, a randomized trial that studied the effectiveness of fetal surgery for spina bifida versus postnatal repair of spina bifida.
