The round dishwash bar cutting machine comprises of the following sequence of operation.

1. The tubs will be dispensed automatically by a specially designed tub dispenser at the required speed of the line
2. Dishwash bar is mixed in the sigma mixer as per the formulation and extruded as bars in the vacuum plodder
3.The bar size will depend upon the grammage or SKU needed
4. Primary cutter will cut the extruded soap dishwash bar from the plodder and give potential to cut to the required length.
5. Dispended tubs from the auto tub dispenser is fed to the filling station through a SS slat chain conveyor
6. The pneumatic jet locks locate the tubs precisely below the dishwash bar punching and placing station
7. Dishwash bar that is cut by the primary cutter is taken to the punching and placing station through a suitable conveyor
8. Specially designed round dishwash bar cutting machine takes up the bar to the punching and placing station through conveyor
9. Bar is pushed to the punching station by the Secondary bar pusher
10. Adhisakthi's Unique high precise dishwash bar punching and placing mechanism will punch the bar and place it to the tubs directly
11.The left over material is pushed by the next succesive dish wash bar to the horizontal recycling conveyor and then through the inclined recycling conveyor back to duplex vacuum plodder
12. The tubs with puched and placed dishwash bar is fed to the rotary pressing station
13. Rotary pressing station presses the bar intact and stamps the logo on top
14. The lid and scrub is placed manually
15. Finished round dishwash bar tubs are packed in to master cartons
