The lyrics are arranged based on the Memorandum Circular No. 52. This version was played for the first time during the flag raising ceremony in connection with the 126th Anniversary of the Proclamation of the Philippine Independence last June 12, 2024.

Memorandum Circular (MC) No. 52 signed June 4, 2024 by Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin, orders all national government agencies and instrumentalities, including government-owned or -controlled corporations and educational institutions to integrate the recital of the Bagong Pilipinas Hymn and Pledge in the conduct of their weekly flag ceremonies.

The Marcos administration launched #BagongPilipinas as a brand of governance and leadership, characterized by a “principled, accountable and dependable government, reinforced by unified institutions of society.”

The Presidential Communications Office is tasked to ensure the implementation of MC 52.
