🟢材料:
雞翼1.2公斤
鹽焗雞粉40克
薑、蒜頭、紅蔥頭、蔥適量。

🟢做法:
1️⃣ 雞翼洗淨吸乾水,用2湯匙紹興酒、少許胡椒粉、1湯匙生抽、1茶匙糖、鹽焗雞粉40克、薑、蒜頭、紅蔥頭、蔥、少許油醃4小時(最好醃過夜)。
2️⃣ 雞翼煎至兩面金黃,下2湯匙紹興酒煮8分鐘。

📌備註:鹽焗雞粉請按包裝說明份量而放,不同品牌鹹度比例或有不同。

🟢Ingredients:
Chicken wings - 1.2 kg
Salt-baked chicken powder - 40g
Ginger, garlic, shallots, spring onion - as needed.

🟢 Steps:
1️⃣ Wash and drain the chicken wings, Marinate the chicken wings with 2 tablespoons of Shaoxing wine, a bit of white pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of sugar, salt-baked chicken powder 40g, moderate amount of ginger slices, mashed garlic cloves and cut shallots and a bit of cooking oil for 4 hours (preferably overnight).
2️⃣ Pan-fry the chicken wings to golden on both sides, Pour in 2 tablespoons of Shaoxing wine and simmer 8 minutes at low heat to serve.

📌Note: Please follow the instructions on the packaging of the salt-baked chicken powder for the appropriate amount, as the saltiness may vary depending on different brands.
