VOS3000 DID Number Configuration.

Go to rate management and create DID provider rates and apply than to add rates for DID providers go to number of rates to add rate. Enter the DID the as area prefix and click apply.
After that again go to rate management and create customer rate and open it to add rates for customers with DID number. After that go to account management to create DID provider account, select billing rate and click apply. Then go to gateway operation to add gateway account and static IP.
Again go to account management and create customer’s account, select billing rate for the customer and don't forget to add balance for the customer account. Now create customer’s phone with same DID number select international and click apply after that register your phone on softphone. Make a call.
