Right now, the most optimal build seem to be Smithy Sprint into Heartrob into AphoHep and AphoApo duo. You can trigger Origination through Revenge Boons or Vent + Glamorous Gain (which is the optimal gain boon for this build), so it is worth it to activate the Arcana, but most other DPS Arcana isn't recommended. Antler for last biome is viable, I just wasn't very confident in my dodging ability.
